“José was an excellent host, both entertaining and knowledgeable. He arrived at exactly the time he suggested and then provided us with water and light snacks prior to the walk. Having advised us to bring wet weather clothing (which we didn't), he then handed us ponchos (which we needed). He walked at the pace of the group, wandering back and forth between the tortoises and the hares. He also incorporated plenty of stops en route to explain the history of certain plants, activities and landmarks. Finally, we ended up at Bodega Rubicon winery, sampling a few od the excellent Lanzarote wines, which we never even knew existed prior to this…”
