“Great hike through rural ethnic villages that farm and raise animals chickens, goats etc. The chances of a clear sunrise view are only 50/50 so don’t go just for that. We didn’t get a view of the Himalayas only a red ball of the sun. But the hike was wonderful, long but not overly difficult, and wonderful people, animals and villages along the way capped off by a UNESCO World Heritage Site temple with wonderful souvenirs abounding. A great follow up to my city tour of Kathmandu sites the previous day.”
